LIFE, LOVE, AND LEGENDS OF THE PHILIPPINES By Garry E. Lewis

Greetings everyone, just wanted to say how thrilled I am to have my newest book : LIFE, LOVE, AND LEGENDS OF THE PHILIPPINES available now on Amazon as both Paper back as well as Kindle. First and foremost I wanted to say a few words about the purpose of me wanting to write this book. After reading some of the other books out there I read some things from their look inside feature that I wanted to clarify about the difference in our books. One my book is not about dating sights or targeting young teenage Filipino's for sex. My romance with my Loritess did not start on a Asian dating sight with a lot of young Asian young women looking for love. Within the pages of my book I wanted to share the beauty of the Philippines as well as the people who live there. My relationship started quite by accident one lonely night while scrolling through my Face Book post and notifications, that's when I came across some music video links and art work a woman by the name of Thessa Villagracia had postedon one of my friends page. I liked the music she had posted as well as the art work she shared as well, so i commented and liked them, she responded with a thank you. Which I then responded by inviting her with a friend request to my Face Book. She accepted, now at that point and time I knew nothing about her except she liked Goth and heavy metal like me, and she had a favorite female pop singer she loved whose photo she used as her profile picture. As the months rolled by our friendship grew she had posted a actual photo of herself where I could see she was a Filipino woman and she lived on one of the over 7000 Islands there in a city called IloIlo city, The City of Love as it was called, all the Islands had their own titles they referred to for their cities. Hers was the City of Love. It received it's name from it's citizens that lived there as they are very sweet, happy, and loving people. So our relationship was unique in the fact that we were to lonely people who were not really searching dating sights looking for a quick sex hook up. We just came across each other by accident that one lonely night in May 2014. From their friendship and romance grew for each of us halfway across the world from each other. Was it fate or destiny perhaps? Who truly knows, all I know is we found each other when we needed each other most. So in the pages throughout my book I am not writing about fast sex and hot times in the girly bars or questionable dating sights, no I wanted to show that true love happens and comes along when you least expect it. From there on it was like a magical journey I believe for both of us. This is what I wanted to share within the pages of my book living here in the Philippines, I truly hope I did just that.
